We process orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays) and deliveries to mainland UK addresses typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Just click the link at any time to view real-time delivery status.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To start, email info@noyanlimited.com for a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care products (beauty, hygiene), hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases), sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Each product page lists exact dimensions (length, width, weight). Measure your pet (neck/chest for collars; back length for beds, etc.) and compare against those specs. If you need further assistance, email a photo of your pet’s measurements to info@noyanlimited.com.
